Cashew Cream

Cashew cream is an excellent substitute for heavy whipping cream and works perfectly with all Iveta scone mixes.

  • 1/2c raw cashews
  • 1/2c water
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  1. Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours. This softens them and also activates healthy enzymes that makes them more nutritious.
  2. Place in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
  3. Makes approximately 1-1/4 cups of "cream"
