Since 1991 our goal has been to produce comfort food that’s as good as it gets – whether it’s easy, all-natural artisan baking mixes designed for today’s busy lifestyles, or simple, freshly prepared meals served at our cafes that recall the European-style cafes and sense of community we enjoyed growing up in the working class neighborhoods of Chicago.
