Delicious, Award-Winning Baking Mixes

For more than 25 years we have produced award-winning, great tasting baking mixes.  Our baking mixes, particularly our scones, are light and moist, not dense and dry like scones prepared with water or butter and eggs. They are quick and easy to prepare, just add one cup of heavy whipping cream, mix and bake – no cutting butter, proofing or running out to the store for extra ingredients.

And unlike most other mixes, we use freshly milled, unbleached flour and quality ingredients, like Tahitian vanilla powder, Dutch cocoa, Belgian chocolate and Australian crystallized ginger, as well as the finest dried fruits, like Blenheim apricots grown in Central California, from American producers that we have known and trusted for many years. Our herbs are grown without any herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers and our products do not contain any artificial flavors or ingredients, preservatives, GMOs, trans fats or hydrogenated vegetable oils.

The Chicago Tribune described our scones as “. . . proper scones that you could serve with pride to company.” We have been honored twice as a finalist in the Outstanding Baked Goods competition held by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, something no other baking mix has achieved; our muffins were awarded the $10,000 grand prize in the food competition held at "America's" Best Food Show in Anaheim, CA; and even Oprah liked them enough to put them on the “O list” in her premier issue.

Our mixes are available in distinctive retail packaging or convenient or eco-friendly bulk bags for home use.
